The Delta Hybrid provides a differential capability of up to 1.5 bar. The Vacuum operation can now be extended to -700mbar. The operating temperature can now operate safely at a discharge temperature of 160 to 180 degrees C.

The Delta Hybrid has twelve (12) sizes for overpressure and eight (8) sizes for the vacuum.

Aerzen have been manufacturing screw compressor since 1943. The VML range provides for pressures up to 3.0 bar (a). The single stage screw compressors are manufactured as air cooled units with intake volumes of 200 to 15,000 m3/hr. The dry, oil free compression provides the ideal conveying medium for all applications. Vacuum operation is also possible. All machines are rigorously tested prior to leaving the factory. Aerzen are ISO 9001 Certified

Aerzen screw compressors are available in two pressure ranges with optimized power consumption. The VM range provides pressures up to 4.5bar (a). The single stage screw compressors are manufactured as air cooled units with intake volumes of 200 to 15,000 m3/hr, The dry, oil free compression provides the ideal conveying medium for all applications. The Introduction of the New AS 300 AERtronic Control has created a universal control that can be used on the VM / VML Compressors and the Blowers.

The AS 300 Control can also be retro-fitted to existing equipment providing for optimized control and monitoring of the system.

The Aerzen VMY Refrigeration Compressor can be used as an intergral part of  any industrial refridgeration process or cooling process in the Food or Chemical process industries. The VMY Refrigeration Compressor is an oil injected compressor. It has an intergrated capacity control (slide valve) 15% tp 100% with a maximum flow of 700 up to 10,000 m3/hr.. The compressor offers single stage pressure differential pressure of up to 20 bar, with a maximum discharge pressure of 25 bar.

Typical applications are closed refrigeration circuits and process systems in the petrochemical industry.

The Aerzen Process Gas Screw Compressors are available as VRO and VRA ranges. Both screw compressors are oil free.

The range of volumes is from 600-120,000m3/hour with a pressure of 7-12bar absolute.

This type of unit is very specialised so generally they are specifically built to suit the application.

Typical applications are Soda Ash Industry (CO2 Compression), Lime Kiln gases (Coke oven gas compression), the Petro Chemical Industry (polymerized hydrocarbon combinations, steam hydro-chloric)
